At Shadow Hill, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Once an order has been shipped, Shadow Hill is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Shipping
- International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Shadow Hill is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shadow Hill is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items become available.
