To be eligible for return, your item must be: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Please refer to our "returns" tab, and input your order number and email as prompted. Once completed, we will try to fulfill your request as best we can.
Unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid return labels outside of the U.S.
If the item you would like to return is no longer in stock (or we do not have immediate plans to restock it) then we are not liable to accept return requests.
We only offer returns for size changes or damaged items. We do not offer returns due to warehouse or manufacturing delays.
Unless your item is defective, we will not finance return shipping. You will only be refunded for the price of your order's product.
Since all of our garments are made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations once the order is in production. Please double check your order and make sure to order the correct size and color before checkout.
If your garment isn't available and in-stock, it will go into production with 24 hours after the order has been placed. If you realize a mistake in your order and reach out right away, sometimes we are able to accommodate requests.
